Mindscape city is the central nervous system for the branches and saved states of the creations as they've developed, and during free range play and story telling, everything starts here before plotting a place fo their own to stay in. This city is watched over by the dominant characters that have been with me since I was little, and changes so often as the days go by that I've never been able to come up with an easily understandable visual map. You'll have to make do with text.
At its core, we have The Marketplace which in turn calls its centerfold attraction "The Crossroads" where the locals comment that 'Light Street' and 'Dark Street' intersect. The overseeing character of this created area is currently known as Ardenn Ner'aia. The majority of the characters that consider themselves the 'working class' populate these streets and sell their wares to both casual locals and visiting citizens from other minds. Generally, the presiding lord tries to keep the streets as chaotic as possible as both a tourist attraction and as a defenseive measure to protect visitors from the more dangerous 'lords of the realms'.
While not directly connected, a dark floating land mass to the rough approximation of 'East, and Down' claims a similar city structure as heavily populated New York City, and is simply known as Lost to the people who live there, or City of the Lost to visitors. The overseeing character of this region is known as Marrk Ravenn, and has drawn high attraction to most the people coming through the Mindscape in the most recent years. Violence and Parties seem to be the primary theme on the first glance, but more insidious acts tend to display themselves here as even some acts are considered too dark for Dark Street. Still, there are some creations and creatures that are not welcome here and Ravenn makes sure his city stays safe for those who choose to reside there.
Hanger 37 considers itself underground and out of the way of the other related cityscapes, a heavily extended network of underground labratories, warehouses, hangers, testing facilities and minimal 'residential' zones presided over by Bonfire. Very few of the locals OR visitors have made it down into this system and even less who have made it back out have really been able to describe just what goes on down there. The general feel of the place revolves around bioengineering and mechanical labor lead by a 'peaceful madman'.
The District of Offices is completely diffrent from the other lands of the lords and ladies and is presided over by both Bokchoy and Taldaa Shrapnaal, two creatures implimented in preserving and protecting vast amounts of information as it becomes their prey in life. Where the others have specific plots of land to call their own, the two resident overseers claim units of storage and security over all lands and move their doors and entrances to where they need them as the situation needs. The District is generally closed off to Visitors with the minor exception of each visitor being able to ask one deep question in exchange for their knowledge to be added to the pot.
The Museum resides off on a little island of its own, high up in the skies but still considered a partition of the greater Mindscape and is the quiet monitoring and historical event display of the ages as they came to pass. The building itself is quite massive in its own rights and one could easily get lost within the halls if given the opportunity, but the Commander Seran Grey resides here and doesnt like nosy neighbors. The lord of these halls is old and nostalgic, and visitors are warned against exciting the man.
Of course, there are other regions not directly associated with the Mindscape itself but are still prevaliant as 'existing sub-worlds'. while they have no Lords to oversee their direct interface with the other communities; Khaymmber Syty is a stale ruin of an old city where the rejects from Lost found their way into and settled for a while before the land was forgotten and left to rot. Bardia is a land presided over by a traveling caravan of post-apocalyptic bards who travel their world of broken ancient technology, singing songs from lives no one remembers. Circa Was another muic based inspiration generated by conversations with Matt Nix many years ago and created a world where magic and adventure was generated by the musical talent of a person or persons. Unathi as a depressing look at what the world might collapse into a few hudnred (or thousand) years into the future and explored by a cursed man no one remembers. Teaworld while origionally influenced by the musical works of The Call To Power, conversations with Issa Maluf have widened the origional 4 comissioned arts into a larger world full of potential stories. Storm is a long running world thats been crouching in the back of my head threatening to expunge itself from my skill as a collectable card game revolving around a strange story of mecha survival.
Outside of the origional content, there are little subfactor worlds that have, in some cases, stopped manufacturing stories to tell, or have had their stories badly outlined or crudely recorded so much of the data was lost.
Seattle Was the general storyscape of the Deathwish Chronicles that were spurned on by my attempts to GM for Shadowrun when I barely new the system and generally spent most the time winging it.
Kanto and Jhoto were the spurning influences for two radical characters that altered how a lot of people I've known over the years regard Pokemon and resulted in a few stories I never finished but to this day still attract intrest.
The Darkness presided over many not so well known attempts of mine to get intrest into some Vampiric systems. Most were shared over Neopets when I was seeking something diffrent from my usual fair, but many of the attempts seemed wasted.
The Remenants were a few chains of games and characters that revovled around the world of Final Fantasy Seven, and a few worlds I tried to help other people develop (but I usually found I had more energy and intrest han the others and the projects generally fell through).
Gardens Project supports multiple diffrent approaches to the world of Final Fantasy Eight, generally with a somewhat Yaoi overtone but spurned a few amusing character twists over the ages and a few conceptual ideas for arcade units.
Good lord, I cant belive I almsot forgot Azeroth and my big crazy fun plot line that hopped around there with the Onionsmith.
